PULASKI COUNTY, Ark. -- Arkansas PBS is celebrating Black leaders during Black History Month by providing resources on their website to encourage education and conversation.

Arkansas PBS is offering videos about Black leaders and a list of books celebrating Black culture. They are also providing an opportunity to explore Black history through art.

Printable activities and crafts are available for children of all ages, along with a hero maker game and writing contest.

There is even a video by Amanda Gorman, poet, writer, and the Inaugural National Youth Poet Laureate, reciting her original poem, “Talking Gets Us There.”

The website also provides articles for parents on teaching children about Black history and tips to encourage conversations about Black history.
