Based on the latest weather predictions, the winter storm is expected to move into our area Friday evening; therefore, PCSSD will operate on a regular schedule for Friday, January 23. All district after-school activities will not be held. A decision regarding school operations for Monday, January 26, will be made over the weekend. DELAYED START ❄ As we continue to monitor weather conditions, predictions indicate a high chance of early Tuesday morning temperatures below freezing, which increases the chances of icy roads and bridges. The safety of our students, teachers, and staff is always the first priority, so PCSSD will have a delayed start on Tuesday, December 2, for schools and district offices. Buses will run two hours later than their normal scheduled time. Tardies will not be counted for the day.

❄ We are aware of the possibility of inclement weather, and we will be monitoring weather conditions closely throughout the evening and Monday morning, December 1. The Two Languages Club at Cato had a picnic! Students with backgrounds in multiple languages or cultures were allowed to invite a friend as well. Students discussed the benefits of knowing a second language, including better jobs and access to more things to enjoy in life. Life is great in the 2L Club! #PCSSDproud #TwoLanguages
